This blog is a political satire blog and is intended for comedic entertainment. We express the comedy we find in the behavior of elected officials, candidates for political office, and politically appointed directors of the public agencies of the people of Guam. We are not a journalistic site and do not report facts as a news organization would. We are comic relief in the spirit of The Daily Show, Saturday Night Live, Chelsea Handler, Bill Maher, and, of course, Guam's own Malafunkshun. We govern ourselves according to the decisions handed down in New Times v. Isaacks, decided in September 2004 by the Texas Supreme Court, and the 1988 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Hustler Magazine v. Falwell.
