As we've spent the last 36 months debating the environmental impact of the Military Build-up, it's nice to see that as a goodwill (??) gesture, the Navy will be accepting MAILED LETTERS for the thousands who wish to be listed as authorized shopping guests.
PAPER? In this day and age? SERIOUSLY?
