Months ago when she suggested a toll for people who come out of the base to use our beaches and shop our K-mart, we scoffed.
But in light of the military wives bitching about locals shopping on their 50% less turf, we agree. There just might be some method to her McMadness.
Put up a dollar menu, too. They love that stuff.
