1. Make sure that you make life harder for the people who voted you in office - construction workers, people who gupot, every red-blooded Chamorro.
2. Ruin the environment - make people need to buy bigger cars that use more gas.
3. Keep people on the already clogged roads - driving back and forth.
4. Copy laws from the US that don't apply here.

Yeah, Mana's bill is dumb. It's oppressive to island life. Guam is not an Oprah show. What would be good is outlawing TINTED WINDOWS. With the lack of streetlights at night, it makes more safety sense.

Mana is obviously spending her time picking out her outfits for magazine photo shoots and attending parties where her husband wins some kind of award for just doing his job. It is another sad day for Guam. Where are your priorities Guam? Don't you want intelligent and productive people in government? Obviously not! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
Mana is cute but stumbles over her words. I am sure her husband would rather that she stay at home.
What a waste of a legislative seat...she is smarter then the Barnes, Mabini's and Telo's out there, but definitely not the answer to Guam's problems...Oh boy, when is the next election again?
